How do I know which obedience training program is right for my dog? During your initial consultation, i will assess your dog's behavior, personality, and specific needs. Based on this information, we will recommend a custom training program that best suits your dog and your training goals.
Can I observe my dog's training sessions? No, however you will get a daily update video or picture to show progress.
How long does a typical training program last? The duration of a training program varies depending on your dog's individual needs and goals. Generally, our programs range from 1 to 3 weeks. During your consultation, we will provide you with an estimated timeline.
How do you ensure my dog's safety during transportation? We prioritize your pet's safety and comfort during transportation. Our vehicles are equipped with secure crates, climate control, and comfortable bedding. Our experienced drivers follow strict safety protocols to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey for your pet.
What vaccinations does my dog need to use your services? For the safety of all pets in our care, we require that your dog be up-to-date on their rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella vaccinations. Please provide proof of vaccinations during your initial consultation.
Can you accommodate special needs or senior dogs? Absolutely! We have experience working with dogs of all ages and abilities. Heather is trained to handle special needs and senior dogs with the utmost care and patience. Please inform her of any specific requirements during your consultation, so she can tailor the services accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy? We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
